Career Stream Tasks

• Provide input to and lead implementation of Sales / Direct Sales practices through promotion and sale of technical and/or nontechnical products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers.
• Monitor and revise lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline
• Research and evaluate the Sales / Direct Sales policies and deploy plans to ensure product/brand sales volumes and profit targets are met
• Prioritize and coordinate
• Coordinate key Sales / Direct Sales activities and inform customers of new product/service introductions and prices
• Establish and maintain potential relationship with all stakeholders within and outside the organization

- Responsible for policy and strategy implementation and short-term results (1 year or less)
- Problems faced are difficult to moderately complex - Decisions made on business plan and procedures

- Manage groups of 2 or more experienced professionals and/or team leaders or supervises large, complex production or operations team(s) who exercise latitude and independence in assignments and is accountable for the performance and results
- May have budget accountability for own job family / area and/or manage elements of the budget.

Stakeholders

- May influence others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures
- Develop strong, trusting relationships with business leaders across Galderma
- Cooperate with and coordinate activities with external service providers
- Advise and guide customers and key stakeholders on processes, systems and tools
