District Sales Manager, South 工作职责:
管理销售并促进与南区客户的商业合作,推动业务增长,协助执行实现销售目标的战略。
协助制定和实施销售战略和销售计划,包括制定销售预测和分析市场趋势,以推动收入增长和实现战略目标。
在指定区域内建立信誉和长期关系,以实现持续销售目标,通过建立信任、理解客户需求并提供卓越价值,确保持续的业务成功。
通过战略性地推动业绩、优化资源并确保有效预算控制,实现或超过区域内的订单量、销售额、利润率及其他规定财务目标,包括直接成本管理。
实施销售工具和技术,通过整合先进解决方案和数据驱动洞察,提升团队绩效、简化运营并提升生产力,支持有效的销售策略并实现区内目标。
管理全区范围内的销售促销和激励计划,监控成效并进行数据驱动调整,以优化成果,实现目标收入增长和市场扩展。
遵循区的年度商业计划,确保所有战略目标、运营目标和绩效指标均得到实现,并协助实施与既定目标相符的举措。
管理指定区域内活动的协调,可能通过下属主管,确保对结果(包括成本、方法和人员配置)负责任。
指导和指导区销售团队,积极参与员工选拔、绩效管理、薪酬管理
任职要求:
本科及以上学历
拥有5年以上渠道管理,KA拓展,临床拓展,零售渠道管理经验
熟悉呼吸机领域产品
