Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.
Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Sobre el puesto

Supervisar directamente la labor de los Representantes en el campo, monitoreando indicadores de desempeño y calidad de la visita médica, enfocandose en la ejecución para así identificar y asumir nuevos retos de negocio, logrando que se cumplan los resultados del distrito, siempre con estándares de integridad de RB

Tus responsabilidades

  • Identificar oportunidades de negocio, así como conocer y exceder las necesidades de los clientes
  • A cargo de la fuerza de ventas del territorio asignado
  • Correcta ejecución de estrategias comerciales y de marketing
  • Análisis de información comercial, de territorios y auditorías
  • Administración de recursos
  • Cumplimiento de KPI's e impulsar resultados comerciales alineados con los objetivos de crecimiento y posicionamiento del negocio
  • Trabajo con HCP's, visitas médicas, networking y eventos
  • Desarrollo de equipos de ventas

La experiencia que buscamos

  • Licenciatura concluida
  • Sólida experiencia en roles similares
  • Conocimiento del mercado, ventas, visitas médicas y trabajo con HCP's
  • Crecimiento y posicionamiento de negocio
  • Auditorías (DDD, ATV y Close UP)
  • Desarrollo de planes de negocio
  • Desarrollo de equipos de ventas de alto desempeño
