
About the Role
As a District Sales Manager at Vault Roofing, you’ll lead a high-performing team of outside sales representatives responsible for driving revenue growth across your region. You will recruit, hire, train, and coach your team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). This hands-on leadership role blends field sales management, strategic execution, and team development to deliver strong, scalable results.
You’ll work closely with Marketing and Production to ensure a seamless customer experience and uphold Vault Roofing’s standards in every contract. Regular ride-alongs and in-field coaching will keep you directly connected to the sales process and your team’s performance.
