Your Opportunity
Managing existing Accounts actively to ensure long-term partnership and customer satisfaction pro-actively
Developing new accounts with proper and close follow-up of sales opportunity
Developing and maintaining good customer relationships with important and relevant personnel
Ensuring proper and detailed projects planning for assigned territory for all market segment
Proactive and creative problem solving in managing customer’s complaint by proper investigation and close follow-up in resolving issues (eg: product deliveries/application troubleshooting)
Preparing Quotes, getting orders, preparing sales proposal and contracts for customers
Coordinating with Distribution partner /Third Party to better serve customers
Ensuring timely and proper information gathering from customers for tenders opening as means to secure the deal
Providing feedback on customer needs and managing customer’s expectations proactively
Promoting, displays’ and/or demonstrating product to customers with the objective to close deal
Conducting sales activities according to promotional strategies/initiatives set by the Business Areas and/or Marketing Team
Who you are
Bachelor in Health/Science/Pharmacist disciplines
Working experience in northern key accounts is a must
Multinational companies in a similar industry with at least 5 year experience as Sales Manager
Achieving result, people management, coaching skills
