The Position

Your Opportunity

• Managing existing Accounts actively to ensure long-term partnership and customer satisfaction pro-actively

• Developing new accounts with proper and close follow-up of sales opportunity

• Developing and maintaining good customer relationships with important and relevant personnel

• Ensuring proper and detailed projects planning for assigned territory for all market segment

• Proactive and creative problem solving in managing customer’s complaint by proper investigation and close follow-up in resolving issues (eg: product deliveries/application troubleshooting)

• Preparing Quotes, getting orders, preparing sales proposal and contracts for customers

• Coordinating with Distribution partner /Third Party to better serve customers

• Ensuring timely and proper information gathering from customers for tenders opening as means to secure the deal

• Providing feedback on customer needs and managing customer’s expectations proactively

• Promoting, displays’ and/or demonstrating product to customers with the objective to close deal

• Conducting sales activities according to promotional strategies/initiatives set by the Business Areas and/or Marketing Team

Who you are

• Bachelor in Health/Science/Pharmacist disciplines

• Working experience in northern key accounts is a must

• Multinational companies in a similar industry with at least 5 year experience as Sales Manager

• Achieving result, people management, coaching skills
