For our Zaventem based office, we are currently looking for a District Sales Manager Commercial VehiclesBelux

The District Sales Manager Commercial Vehiclesis responsible for developing Kia’s electric Light Commercial Vehicles (e-LCV) business across Belux through the dealer network, with a strong focus on sales performance, dealer activation, customer prospection and brand visibility.

After the introduction of the PV5 with great success, the company aims to establish itself as a leading player in the electric light commercial vehicle segment. As a District Sales Manager, you will play a unique and important role in this ambition. You will act as the key link between Kia Belux, the dealer network and local professional customers, supporting dealers in building a strong commercial e-LCV sales approach.

You will report directly to the Head of PBV Belux and become part of a small, ambitious, and highly driven team with a strong start‑up mindset focused on success.

Your Role:

As District Sales Manager Commercial Vehicles Belux, you are accountable for driving the commercial success of Kia’s e-LCV business across Belux, by activating and challenging the dealer network and directly contributing to business development with professional customers.

Your responsibilities:

Sales Performance & Network Management

  • Drive e-LCV sales performance across the Belux dealer network

  • Be accountable and support dealer network in consistently meeting customer contracts, wholesale and retail targets

  • Support dealer vehicle pipeline management

  • Support dealer in managing an adequate representation and adherence to Kia PBV centre standards

  • Define and follow up action plans to improve conversion and retention

  • Identify, prospect and activate professional customers and partners

Dealer Activation & Coaching

  • Coach dealersin their local prospection, networking, fleet sales, conversion and dealer tender activities

  • Create and follow up dealer action plans to increase sales conversion, lead management and customer retention

  • Activate, coach and challenge dealers in local prospecting, fleet sales and tender activities

  • Support dealers during customer visits, product presentations, events and local business development initiatives

Business Development

  • Identify and develop new professional customers and partners

  • Strengthen Kia’s visibility as a key e-LCV player in the Belux market

  • Support dealers in selling financial and insurance products (Kia Lease, Kia insurance) as well as fleet management solutions (Kia app, Pleos Fleet etc from 2027)

  • Provide market feedback and recommendations

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree, combined with a minimum of 5 years of automotive experience, of which a minimum of 3 years in the Commercial Vehicles business

  • Strong commercial mindset, result driven, driven by targets and proactive attitude

  • Excellent networking, negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with dealers and professional customers

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with solid follow-up and reporting discipline

  • Proactive and able to translate strategy into concrete dealer action plans

  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills to interpret data and support decision-making

  • Able to work independently, remain stress-resistant, with high level of self-confidence, positive thinking, resilience, flexibility and ability to adapt in a multicultural and fast-moving environment

  • Cooperative nature to ensure smooth information flow and a good collaboration

  • Able to manage priorities and perform in a highly dynamic and challenging commercial environment.

  • Fluent in Dutch and French (written and spoken), with a good command of English

  • Enjoying physical presence in the dealer network in Belgium and Luxemburg

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
