HWI has a fantastic opportunity to join our Sales Team as a District Sales Manager – CAD.
The District Sales Manager organizes and completes customer site visits. Sells against a set sales plan.Prepares sale quotations.Obtains sales orders and devises best way for filling order (i.e. plant or service center). Coordinates turnkey jobs to best fit customer needs.Directly manages the efforts of one to four (1 -4) sales representatives to achieve sales plans. This includes conducting performance reviews, goal setting, coaching, and mentoring so they can achieve the goals of the company.
