Job Description

We are looking for a Heavy District Representative to support our business within the assigned territory.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing existing customer relationships, and developing new business opportunities within heavy industry accounts. You will act as a trusted technical and commercial partner for customers, ensuring optimal system performance and long-term value creation. This position reports directly to the District Manager and is based in İstanbul.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth, revenue, and profitability within assigned heavy industry accounts.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with regional and company priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Apply a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and deliver value-added solutions.
  • Provide technical support and system optimization recommendations to customers.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to ensure effective execution and service quality.
  • Manage customer escalations, commercial risks, and account-related issues effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and safety requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technical sales or field-based sales, preferably within the heavy or industrial segments.
  • Strong ability to manage a customer portfolio and execute sales plans independently.
  • Demonstrated capability to translate customer needs into commercial and technical solutions.
  • Analytical, structured, and disciplined approach to problem solving.
  • Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers at all levels.
