We’re looking for a results-driven District Manager IR to drive sales performance, strengthen partner relationships, and deliver sustainable growth across the assigned territory.

About the Job

  • Drive sales performance and deliver ambitious growth targets across your assigned district.
  • Build and nurture strong partnerships with distributors and retail partners, acting as a trusted business advisor.
  • Monitor sell-in, sell-out, and retail KPIs, translating insights into actions that drive commercial success.
  • Lead business reviews, identify opportunities, and implement initiatives that enhance partner performance.
  • Ensure excellence in inventory management, forecasting, and operational execution to support sustainable growth.
  • Support new store openings and distribution expansion projects, contributing to Swarovski’s market presence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Service, Credit Management, and Retail teams to achieve shared objectives.
  • Champion Swarovski’s brand standards, customer experience, and visual merchandising excellence across the district.
  • Drive omnichannel and capability-building initiatives that elevate partner and customer engagement.
  • Provide regular market, performance, and business insights to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

About You

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Luxury Brand Management, or a related field.
  • You bring 5+ years of experience in sales, retail, wholesale, or the luxury goods industry.
  • You have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sustainable business growth.
  • You possess strong commercial acumen and are comfortable analyzing KPIs, forecasts, and market performance.
  • You excel at building and maintaining long-term relationships with partners and key stakeholders.
  • You demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
  • You are highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and enjoy working with diverse teams.
  • You are willing to travel within the assigned district to support partners and business objectives.
  • You have English language proficiency at C1 level or above.
