As our business continues to grow throughout Colorado and Wyoming, we are investing in the future of our operations by creating a dedicated leadership position focused on the Briggsdale, CO. This is not a traditional District Manager role. We're looking for a highly capable leader who embraces change, leverages technology, develops people, drives growth, and executes at a high level. This district will be the first to implement several EnerStar 2.0 initiatives, including new dispatch and operational systems. We're not looking for someone to maintain the status quo. We're looking for someone excited to help build the future. What You'll Do

Lead Operations

• Oversee day-to-day operations throughout the Briggsdale, CO and WY region
• Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably
• Manage rental assets, field operations, facilities, equipment, and personnel
• Support implementation of new dispatch processes and operational improvements
• Monitor KPIs, profitability, utilization, customer service metrics, and operational performance

Drive Business Growth

• Grow third-party rental, service, communications, and power generation revenue
• Develop and strengthen customer relationships
• Identify new market opportunities and expand market share
• Collaborate with sales and executive leadership to achieve strategic growth objectives
• Ensure exceptional customer service and execution

Develop People

• Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
• Build accountability and ownership within the workforce
• Support training and career development initiatives
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

Champion Safety

• Lead and promote the Safety 212 mindset
• Ensure compliance with all company, customer, regulatory, OSHA, and DOT requirements
• Participate in safety planning, audits, and corrective action programs

Improve the Business

• Leverage technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and eliminate waste
• Lead change initiatives and help teams adapt successfully
• Champion EnerStar 2.0 initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience with increasing responsibility
• Experience in oil & gas, industrial services, equipment rental, power generation, construction, or a related industry
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational performance
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Experience managing customer relationships and business growth initiatives
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field
• Experience implementing operational change initiatives
• Experience with dispatch systems, fleet management, logistics, or field service operations
• Experience utilizing AI, automation, analytics, or technology platforms to improve business performance
