Compensation:

Starting pay range: $88,700 - $110,900‎

Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity.

This position is eligible for quarterly and annual bonuses based on store and company performance.

Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.

Qualifications

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:

• Preferred experience in a multi-unit environment, with a deep understanding of retail or restaurant operations and financial reporting. You know how to keep the dough rolling!

• A passion for training, coaching, and engaging Store Managers and team members, focusing on building a strong team among managers and crafting customized career paths for future pizza leaders. You’re the mozzarella that holds the team together!

• Strong knowledge of business acumen—able to navigate various business scenarios, adapt effectively during changes, and provide valuable insights to achieve organizational goals. You can handle any situation, no matter how saucy!

• Accountable for delivering financial performance across your district through effective P&L management, ensuring the best guest experience, and fostering a culture of coaching, engagement, and teamwork. You’re the secret ingredient to success!
