Premium Velocity Auto (PVA), one of the fastest‑growing Jiffy Lube franchise organizations, is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple automotive maintenance locations. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing leaders, ensuring safety and compliance, and delivering strong financial performance across the district.

What You’ll Own

• Lead and inspire multiple PVA Jiffy Lube locations
• Develop strong General Managers and future leaders

• Drive performance across multiple metrics including car count, labor, average ticket, and profitability

• Be visible in the stores — coaching, supporting, and holding teams accountable
• Ensure safety, compliance, and operational excellence every day
• Champion a customer‑first culture built on trust and preventive care
• Execute company initiatives and raise the bar across your district

Who We’re Looking For

• 3 years of management experience in a retail store environment.

• 5–7 years of multi‑unit leadership experience (automotive, retail, or service industry)
• A proven track record of developing leaders and driving KPIs
• Strong understanding of automotive maintenance or preventive services
• Confident decision‑maker who leads from the front
• Organized, data‑driven, and results‑focused
• Ability to use computers, online tools, and complete required documentation.
• Valid Driver’s License with ability to travel between locations

Work Environment

• Frequent travel within assigned district
• Automotive shop environments (indoor/outdoor, heat, noise)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. during store visits
