The District Manager GSA – CE will manage 2 different brands and relative networks in assigned region, driving the dealers in order to grow their and Bobcat business with clear ideas trough a day to day business relationship.
This role will manage (evaluate, develop, support, drive, shape and consult) several exclusive dealer networks of different CE product groups in the region of responsibility, following the company’s overall strategy. The District Manager will drive the brands’ market-presence, share and reputation amongst dealers, customers, opinion-leaders and other stakeholders, while ensuring that profitability goals are met or exceeded.
Network Development:
Propose network changes / areas for improvement based on analysis of current business processes ; define the plan and the timelines
Constantly monitor, develop and evaluate the dealer network performance and development, based on the company’s strategy and KPIs
Initiate and manage network restructuring processes when necessary.
Dealer support:
Be the first response contact for dealer questions in respect to product, sales and marketing in the daily business
Support dealer and represent the brands in customer visits when necessary
Keep close contact to dealers, to generate mutual trust, profitable business and long term partnership
Drive market appearance:
You will collaborate with the back office to establish brand awareness and market reputation - forming activities such as participation in fairs, road shows, advertising campaigns, press-contacts and others
Monitor, drive and develop the conform market appearance of all sales-partners in respect to facilities and service-fleet branding, online presence, communication, service-personnel work-wear etc
Market Intelligence:
Be the back-office’s ear in the market and monitor/report the development of new trends in pricing, communication, products, customer needs and respective sales tools.
Closely watch the situation in competitors’ distribution networks and try to leverage the insights where possible and advantageous for DICE.
Demand planning & market forecasting:
Plan, discuss and agree a marketing plan with the dealers in the region of responsibility and drive its fulfillment.
Monthly forecast the demand for the districts under responsibility and proactively inform the back office about foreseen demand-changes in the market.
