Drive Performance. Lead Growth. Develop Future Leaders.

Better Buzz Coffee is in a high growth phase, and we're looking for a District Manager who wants to play a significant role in shaping what's next.

This is an opportunity for a highly driven operational leader who thrives on building structure in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, and knows how to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

You'll lead a district of 8-10 cafés through a team of General Managers, owning everything from sales growth to talent development. Additionally, you will own and lead profitability, labor, cost of goods, controllable expenses, guest experience and operational execution. Most importantly, you'll have the opportunity to influence the future of a rapidly growing brand that continues to raise the bar for itself and the industry.

If you're energized by driving continuous improvement, delivering best in class results, and developing high-performing teams within a competitive environment, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a district of 8-10 cafés through a team of General Managers
  • Drive district performance across sales, profitability, labor management, guest experience, and operational excellence
  • Conduct regular business reviews with General Managers, leveraging KPIs and performance data to identify opportunities and close performance gaps
  • Coach, develop, and hold General Managers accountable for results while building strong leadership capability across the district
  • Create succession plans and develop internal talent pipelines to support future growth
  • Build and execute action plans that improve performance, operational consistency, and guest satisfaction
