Description of Job: The District Manager is responsible for a limited portfolio of assets and individuals and is responsible for the overall operations and financial position of the assigned portfolio. This position develops and trains Site and Property Managers while assuring the development of all associates across their portfolio. The District Manager is responsible for ensuring that policy, procedure, and practices are adhered to in accordance with Fitch Irick standards that enable each property to meet and exceed budgeted financial goals and achieve performance objectives.
