How You’ll Make a Difference
As District Manager, you’ll lead a team of branch managers to deliver operational excellence, strong financial performance, and a culture of safety and accountability. You will be a visible, hands-on leader who builds relationships, develops people, and creates consistent processes that drive results. Your leadership will shape how teams work together, serve customers, and achieve growth across your district.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and coach branch managers to achieve district goals in revenue, operations, and customer service.
• Manage full P&L responsibility and ensure sound business decisions that drive profitability.
• Partner with corporate teams to align operations with company strategy and standards.
• Build a strong culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Stay connected to the field—visiting branches regularly to engage employees, support managers, and connect with customers.
What You Bring
• A passion for safety, people, and performance.
• Proven success leading multi-unit operations with direct P&L accountability.
• Strong background in both operations and sales leadership, with a focus on process consistency and team development.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 7+ years of progressive leadership preferred.
• Excitement to spend time with our branches and the ability to travel regularly in the North Texas district (no extensive overnight travel).
