We are currently looking for a personable and strategic District Manager to help us with our focus on building productive customer relations and increasing sales at the same time. The successful candidate will oversee the district’s day-to-day operations and will carry out company policies and guidelines.

HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an integral member of the Ayvaz Pizza (Pizza Hut) Team, this position is responsible for:

  • Act as a liaison between the headquarters and the area’s branches by making regular visits and interacting with management
  • Oversee operational practices making sure that each branch runs smoothly and meets projected revenues and sales estimates
  • Coordinate with, report, and make recommendations to senior management to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Ensure that each branch delivers value and excellence to the clients
  • Cultivate and grow a strong team of committed branch managers that will maintain profit margins and implement business plans
  • Ensure that all projects are executed profitably and in compliance with standardized business practices
  • Apply innovative approaches and techniques to keep updated with competition

HERE’S WHAT Education & Experience YOU WILL NEED:

  • Five (5) years of restaurant operations, multi-unit QSR/Fast Casual management experience preferred
  • Flexibility to work 50-55-hours per week
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Working knowledge of profit and loss statements
  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency (Word, Excel, PP)
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, results-oriented, and customer-focused
  • Restaurant Management: 5 years
  • Valid Drivers License
