Job Description

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Store Managers across the Turkey,
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• To monitor customer service standards and ensure customer loyalty.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, operational and visual standarts.
• Oversee all aspects of store operations including inventory, staffing, and service excellence.
• Analyze performance data and KPI’s to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Marketing,Logistics and Procurement) to align local execution with corporate strategy.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay informed on retail market trends, customer expectations, and competitor activity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years’ experience in retail management, with at least 5 years in a multi-store supervisory role.
• Proven success in driving sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Professional and detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Turkey.
