Job Description

Qualifications:

• Hold and maintain a valid CPI Trainer Certificate
• Experience training school staff
• Current Marion County School Employee (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Schedule Crisis Prevention Intervention Trainings for initial and recertifications (minimum of 8 trainings each)
• Use Vector monitoring attendance
• Provide Crisis Prevention Intervention Trainings to school staff in alignment with CPI protocol and in compliance with Policy 4373
• Coordinate with Crisis Prevention Institute for workbooks and online seats
• Arrange additional trainer for each training and maintain log of events
• Communicate with staff regarding required trainings
• Provide cards for all staff completing the training
• Provide and maintain a tracking system
• Complete and submit stipends for employees that complete the training

Rate of pay for coordinator will be $1,500.00 each semester paid by IDEA funds
