
Clean Harbors in Brunswick, OH is seeking a District Administrative Assistant. The District Administrator is responsible for generating and printing hazardous waste labels and manifests; scanning documents in our systems; customer engagement; and other general office duties.

- Performs data entry work and other office related duties (e.g. scanning documents, filing, etc.);
- Engages with, and responds to, customer inquiries.
- Point of contact for Regional, DVP and all local branch customer, systems and administrative escalations/questions, including GCC
- Point of contact to and for Corporate and GCC team members to support and resolve administrative escalations
- Assist and support resolutions for escalated issues for Regulatory (Facility Reporting) and Revenue (Quote to Cash) compliance needs (Ex: Credit & Rebill, Contract Pricing, Non-Con, IP, No-Show)
- Work with the field on training of new processes and existing requirements (Mobile Worksheet, Workbenches, Onboarding, LMS Modules, etc)
- Monitor and address PO issues with customers
- Support Facility and Customer initiatives and events as needed (Large event, New large customer)
- Manages all customer interactions as required (Resolving invoice issues, PO’s, Tax issues, DSO Shortpays, receive incoming calls, etc.)
- Assist branches in financial close process/questions (making sure revenue/cost is accrued, scrubbing P&L’s)
- Travel to sites of struggling branches within their region to assist
- Other duties as assigned
- 3+ years general administration experience;
- High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred;
- Previous experience with hazardous waste shipping/materials preferred;
- Experienced with Microsoft Office;
- Strong communication, typing and word process skills.
