About the Role

As a District Account Manager, you will manage security services and related operations for assigned client accounts, ensuring service excellence, operational effectiveness, and strong client relationships. This position plays a key role in supporting client satisfaction, employee development, business growth, and overall account performance through effective leadership, oversight, and strategic planning.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as the primary client contact to ensure the delivery of high-quality security services and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet regularly with client representatives to review service performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for service enhancement.
  • Support contract negotiations, security planning, assessments, surveys, and post order development.
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, develop, and retain high-caliber security personnel.
  • Provide leadership, performance management, employee coaching, and corrective action when necessary.
  • Assist in the development and administration of account budgets and operational plans.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll administration, uniforms, equipment inventory, and vehicle management.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure post orders, client directives, and performance expectations are being met.
  • Support the resolution of operational, legal, financial, human resources, and administrative matters.
  • Respond to emergencies, critical incidents, and client concerns as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Reliable transportation and means of communication.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English.
  • Willingness to participate in pre-employment background screening and drug testing.
  • Knowledge of security operations, procedures, and supervisory practices.
  • Experience managing personnel, schedules, and security operations.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including spreadsheet and business software applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Business, Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field.
  • Three or more years of experience in the security industry, business management, or operations leadership.
  • Experience managing large client accounts and multiple security locations.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, workforce planning, and business operations management.
  • Security industry certifications or applicable state licensing.
  • Experience supporting contract security operations.

Compensation Information

Pay Range: $65,000 - $70,000 Annually

Actual compensation is determined by factors including experience, qualifications, work location, applicable laws, and business needs.
