District Account Manager – Joints & Robotics

Location: Karnataka / South India

Drive sales growth and market share for knee, hip, and robotic-assisted orthopaedic solutions within the assigned territory. Develop strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, hospital administrators, and key stakeholders while supporting clinical adoption of advanced technologies including robotic-assisted surgery.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets for Joint Reconstruction and Robotics portfolio.
  • Drive adoption of robotic-assisted surgery solutions and associated implants.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert competitor accounts.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans to maximize growth. teams, and hospital management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
