We are looking for a Distributor Order Fulfillment Associate to be a part of our Supply Chain team located in Kazakhstan.

What We Expect

• On a daily basis, gather correct data on product stocks in the Company’s warehouses (stock report) and promptly send it to everyone according to the list of recipients.
• On a weekly basis, make a correct report on near-to-expire products at the Company’s warehouses and send them in a timely manner to everyone according to the list of recipients.
• Timely supply the Company’s warehouses with products produced by the Company in different plants /control the process of moving products between the Company’s plants.
• Monitor the process of replenishing the reserve stocks at the plants and warehouses.
• Be aware of the distributors’ categories: sales volumes, type and volume of shipment.
• Be aware of the ideal source for each product, distributor, and customer.
• Launch FairShare in a timely and correct manner, and inform the FairShare data administrators of inconsistencies detected.
• Work with Doc Robot, EDI platform.
• Timely update the product catalog and customer database in SAP
• Create requests of all types and make deliveries on requests of all types taking into account the form of shipment (truck/wagon/pickup).

Qualifications

• University Graduate
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the sphere
• Language skills: English– Upper-intermediate
• Computer skills: Power Point, advanced Excel skills
