Job Identification

We are looking for a Distributor Executive (CDE) to be a part of our Sales Capability and Business Dev. team located in Kyrgyzstan.

What we expect:

  1. Develop an Annual Business Plan and secure approval of annual CDE capital expenditures.
  2. Proper management of annual operating expenditures budget. The budgeting process items out from a Long-Range Plan (LRP) at a company level, then it is broken down yearly budget plans.
  3. Ensure that all departments work in harmony and coordination to achieve annual business plan targets.
  4. Plan and manage distributor & CCI WH-wise deliveries with Vendors. Ensure smooth execution of Direct Cooler Delivery from vendors to distributors & CCI WH.
  5. Ensure compliance with the MyCooler program and data management. Lead and monitor Cooler Master Data Cleansing with the help of Territory and HO cooler/ sales team and HO finance team to reconcile the coolers SAP vs. MyCooler.
  6. Review system standards, procedures, and programs in the end-to-end CDE process. Make requests for updating procedures and applications according to operational or procedural changes and follows up on their realization.
  7. Conduct feasibility studies on new equipment, process and technology.
  8. Define the CDE KPIs and deliver them to the relevant teams. To monitor the CDE coverage, efficiency, verification and effective use processes by means of digital tools and to ensure that the right decision is taken by reporting.
  9. Design and provide all types of functional, processes and system related training to respective people and stakeholders.
  10. Actively contribute and support the improvement of CDE processes and the development of new programs/tools.
  11. Responsible to lead and Coordinate territory routine assets operations with responsible people.
  12. Manage distributor and CCI WH wise deliveries with Vendor. Ensure smooth execution of Direct Cooler Delivery from vendors to distributors & CCI WH.
  13. Standardize demand planning process for all markets and review, guide and consolidate all cooler demand from sales management.
  14. Implement My Cooler steps in distributor on boarding and off boarding processes.
  15. Determine and follow the CDE property liability of the relevant distributors in accordance with the processes.
  16. Ensure that financial transactions are carried out in accordance with the distributorship agreement regarding the lost, inefficient and unverified coolers.

Qualifications:

  • Higher Education in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Skills and expertise:
    • Understands Market asset’s function and its operation;
    • Applies technical guidance about when required in CAPEX planning;
    • Applies understanding of the business environment and objectives;
    • Should be able to understand all types of systems and processes implemented in the organization;
    • Ability to analyze abstract information and apply this to determine outcomes and patterns;
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details;
    • Ability to reason with numerical information and data.
  • Language skills: Fluency in verbal and written English, Russian, Kazakh.
  • Computer skills: MS Office, Power Point, Excel.
