Facilitate CCI distributors in managing their business in more effective and efficient manner and to bring them as per standards laid down by the company. Helping the sales team to devote more time for business development by sharing the matters pertaining to distributor’s annual planning, infrastructure, system improvement, stock management and other dealing with the company.
•Ensuring that distributors’ working standards are as per guidelines provided in the ‘KORE’ criteria and all the distributors are either maintaining those standards or are working towards that in all critical areas, e.g. warehousing infrastructure, inventory management, route information, HSE Compliance, sale vehicle, distribution vehicle, uniform etc.
•Share areas of improvement with Distributor/Manager & ASM and make a plan for improving the scores and solving any problems.
•Data collection and updating distributor profile, their sales force (DSF), details of the IT infrastructure and other infrastructures, other critical business areas and documentation to be shared with HQ.
•Stock Audits - Physical vs. system stock differences & sharing of stock count with ASM, SM & HO and initiate necessary actions with necessary CCI functions.
•Develop distribution capacity to achieve agreed SKU wise Finished Goods Inventory level at the distributor warehouse & facilitating the distributor to maintain the required stock cover days.
•Distributor Support - Distributor related complaints and claims to be followed and resolved within stipulated timeline with related CCI function.
•Align CCI cross functional teams in order to facilitate & develop distributors in line with CCI policies.
•Quarterly reconciliation of glass/shell/AR in collaboration with Finance, SC teams & relevant stakeholders and ensuring sign-off of Balance Confirmation Certificate from distributor.
•Manage the entire process of distributor on-boarding & off-boarding (completion of documents, distributor agreement, all relevant forms sign-off, BG/CG liaison with relevant stakeholders etc.)
•Support in recovery and settlement of In-active distributors & closure of pending legal and In-active distributors cases.
•Ensure that the distributors are working/performing as per CCI policies/guidelines & at the same time complying to the regulations set by the government.
•Ensuring that Voyage operations are managed as per the standards; Secondary Sales Booking, Primary Invoice Confirmation and 100% Voyage invoice compliance should be ensured.
•Preparation of distributor ‘Annual Business Plan’ in consultation with distributor and Area Sales Manager.
•Support in timely disbursement of PSOs/DVOs Salaries & Incentives.
•Facilitate the cooler storage & injection (MyCooler) process by selection of appropriate space allocation for cooler storage at distributor premises and make necessary arrangements for injection/retrieval in/from the market.
•Monitoring the distributor credit limit and ensuring the right amount of BG/CG etc. in line with CCI requirement to secure credit exposure and coordinating them with the relevant CCI functions.
Minimum Bachelors Degree.
