Responsibilities

• Drive lubricant sales volume, revenue, and margin growth within the assigned territory.
• Manage and develop distributor networks to achieve business objectives, sales targets, and market coverage goals.
• Collaborate with distributors to develop and execute annual business plans, sales strategies, and growth initiatives.
• Identify new business opportunities, target key market sectors, and expand customer reach to grow market presence.
• Monitor distributor performance, sales pipeline, product mix, and profitability through regular business reviews.
• Coach, guide, and support distributor sales teams to enhance sales effectiveness and commercial performance.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, and Technical teams to ensure seamless business operations.
• Support the implementation of sales and marketing programs to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Gather market intelligence and competitive insights to support business planning and strategic decision-making.
• Ensure business continuity and operational effectiveness across the distributor network.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, key account management, or distributor/channel management.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales growth, revenue, and profitability targets.
4. Strong experience in managing distributors, dealers, channel partners, or reseller networks.
5. Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
6. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze market trends, sales performance, and business opportunities.
7. Based in Sarawak or willing to relocate, with the flexibility to travel extensively within the assigned territory as part of the role.
