How you can make a difference
Independently manage distributors and give technical advice with regards to Hamilton products as well as their application at the customers' sites with the aim of sustainable customer/distributor satisfaction
Establish portfolio sales strategies with distributors, drive and monitor the execution
Execute for new product launches and new markets penetration
Represent the company at trade shows, meetings and conferences
Responsible for distributors' leads and opportunities follow-up
Elaborate commercial proposals and quotations in support to distributors
Support distributors to negotiate prices and close deals
Establish forecasts, reporting on accomplishments, achieving yearly sales budget
That’s what you bring along
University degree in Biological or Chemical sciences
Proven experience in sales and negotiation techniques
Have expert knowledge of Distributor Sales Management
Understanding of laboratory automation devices
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
Presentation skills
Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
CRM usage
Sales experience in the Life Sciences market
International distributor management experience
Large capital equipment deal closing experience
Team player and able to work autonomously
This is a field based job implying frequent travelling (approximately 60% of the time)
