As a Distribution Account Manager, you will be part of the sales organization, managing and developing a portfolio of strategic distributors of electrical products and process instrumentation across Italy. You will build long-term relationships, identify opportunities for mutual growth, and contribute to the achievement of Siemens' commercial objectives. Your day-to-day activities will include developing integrated growth plans, managing commercial agreements and partner programs, and collaborating closely with distributor management, Siemens business units, marketing, and sales teams to drive sell-out and market-share growth.
The role has multi-regional responsibility and requires frequent interaction with both distributor headquarters and local sales organizations.

The Total Target Cash (Base + Variable) Pay Range for this position is 65.000€ - 79.000€ annually. The actual offer will be determined within this range, based on the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
