- Ensure on-time and accurate fulfillment of customer and internal orders
- Own service level performance including order accuracy, on-time shipment, and inventory reliability
- Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, adjustments, and space optimization
- Partner with Purchasing, Customer Experience, and Transportation teams to align priorities
Light Manufacturing / Production
- Oversee light manufacturing, kitting, assembly, labeling, and packaging operations
- Ensure production schedules align with demand, inventory availability, and labor capacity
- Maintain quality standards, SOPs, and work instructions across production processes
- Monitor throughput, scrap, rework, and labor efficiency
- Drive improvements in labor productivity and cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards
People Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, leads, and hourly associates
- Build schedules and staffing plans to meet operational and production demands
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and corrective action as needed
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Develop bench strength and support succession planning within the warehouse
Safety, Compliance & Quality
- Enforce safety standards, OSHA compliance, and company policies
- Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse and production areas
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventative actions
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements
Process Improvement & Reporting
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across warehouse and production workflows
- Track and report KPIs such as productivity, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, labor utilization, and safety metrics
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Support expense management and cost control initiatives
- Support system usage and optimization including RF Smart and ERP system NetSuite
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and capital improvement planning
- Other duties as assigned
