Duties and responsibilities include:

●Provide leadership and direction to direct reporting line
●Travelling nurse and Imeds contracting and contract management (SLAs and quality)
●Manage internal and external new business and business support SLAs;
●Manage intermediary registration process
●Alignment with regulatory requirements;
●Audit and assess adherence to new business standards;
●Ensure annual advice refresher training sessions are executed;
●Monthly advice audits and reporting on findings;
●Manage relationships with Risk, Compliance and Legal;
●Support the General Manager and Operations Manager as required
●Coordinate and execute applicable User Acceptance Testing and Quality Assurance activities for system enhancements and projects.
●Manage and review SLAs with internal and external service providers

Minimum requirements:
●Namibian Citizen
●Relevant Degree in Finance/Commerce, B. Comm/ Honours in Business Administration or a relevant tertiary qualification;
●5-7 years' experience in Financial Services Industry;
●Sound business knowledge and management experience advantageous;
●Strong technical & numerical skills and ability to think analytically, laterally & systematically;
●The ability to work under pressure while maintaining high service levels;
●Ability to guide, coach and mentor direct reports to ensure overall operational and strategic goals are met;
●Must be able to plan, organize and execute tasks at an operational and strategic level;
●Must have excellent operational and strategic skills in insurance product offerings;
●Must be a team player and able to work independently without senior supervision; and
●Ability to work well under consistent pressure.
