Position Summary: The Distribution Supervisor supports the Distribution Manager in the daily operation of the warehouse and distribution department. This position is responsible for helping ensure efficient warehouse operations, shipment accuracy, on-time customer deliveries, inventory integrity, and employee productivity. A primary focus of the role is overseeing all FedEx, UPS, and daily outbound shipments to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped according to schedule.
The Distribution Supervisor will serve as the primary backup for the Warehouse Operator responsible for FedEx and UPS processing and must be capable of performing all duties associated with parcel shipping operations when needed.
Education requirements: HSD or GED. Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
