  Execute all system transactions in real time, ensuring no backlog in shipment or transfer orders.

  Prepare and share accurate stock reports, distribution plans, and forecasts with relevant stakeholders.

  Maintain up-to-date records and trackers for performance reviews, distribution metrics, and stock movements.
• 
  Enforce good manufacturing practices and workplace organization (5S), ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met.
• 
  Track and report performance of platform activities and staff.
• 
  Set job expectations, coach team members, and assign workloads based on staffing levels.
• 
  Oversee cold storage facilities, ensuring equipment runs efficiently and liaising with maintenance teams for preventive servicing.
• 
  Identify areas for process improvement and introduce innovative or refined work practices.
• 
  Collaborate closely with production and distribution teams for seamless operations.
• 
  Monitor staff attendance, manage overtime, and support monthly stock counts, variance analysis, and reconciliation.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 
  Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution.
• 
  Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• 
  Ability to work independently with strong initiative and accountability.
