The Distributor Manager leads and supports the sales team to drive revenue growth and profitability within the territory by developing strong relationships with distributors. The incumbent must be a team player, working closely with Specification Managers and Contractor Account Managers in the territory to maximize sales opportunities and drive market penetration. They are directly responsible for accelerating sales growth within their designated sales area and through the performance development of Area Sales/Account Managers, ensuring a results-driven approach. Success in this role depends on fostering collaboration, aligning sales strategies, and maintaining clear communication across teams. Additionally, the incumbent will play a crucial role in analyzing and reporting market conditions and key customer performance, ensuring informed decision-making and strategic adjustments to optimize growth. This role requires to be based in California to meet customer's needs, but it is still a remote role.

The anticipated salary wage range for candidates who will work in California is $130,000.00 to $150,000.00. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, type and years of experience within the industry, education, etc. Husqvarna is a multi-state employer and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.”
