The CG DRP Team Lead leads a team of planners responsible for ensuring products are available at the right place and time while balancing cost and service objectives. This role drives execution of DRP strategies, optimizes inventory deployment, and supports data-driven decisions that improve service, inventory, and transportation performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of DRP planners.
• Ensure service delivery aligned with SLAs.
• Execute deployment strategies to support OTIF performance.
• Balance inventory, transportation, and service requirements.
• Manage and reduce transshipment and expedite spend.
• Drive accurate inventory deployment through exception-based planning.
• Support optimal network deployment strategies.
• Escalate and resolve supply chain constraints with key stakeholders.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement continuous improvements.
• Leverage technology and analytics to optimize planning outcomes.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Demand Planning, and Customer Operations teams.
• Drive process standardization and operational excellence.
Experience
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Distribution Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics, or related fields.
• Experience leading or mentoring teams.
• Experience in complex supply chain networks.
• Strong background in inventory deployment, service optimization, and cost management.
