Key Responsibilities:
Channel Management: Directly manage, support, and evaluate +10 distributor partners within the Research Microscopy Solutions division to ensure alignment with business objectives and achieve the annual goal.
Business Development: Act as the Business Development Manager for the E&R segment, identifying new market opportunities and driving growth initiatives.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the Axioscan 7 Clinical product line and expand sales channels.
Partner Expansion: Actively prospect, evaluate, and establish relationships with new potential partners to expand our market footprint.
Event & Marketing Leadership: Plan, organize, and execute major customer seminars and promotional events (such as ZOYC seminars) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Quality & Compliance: Serve as the official Quality Manager for the Axioscan7 clinical, ensuring all processes and products comply with relevant regulatory standards and internal quality guidelines.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Bio-engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in channel management, B2B sales, or business development, preferably within the microscopy, medical device, or life sciences industry.
Sales Acumen: Demonstrated track record of successfully managing multi-billion KRW revenue targets and driving sales through indirect channels.
Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and implement effective market penetration strategies.
Compliance Knowledge: Prior experience or strong understanding of Quality Management systems and regulatory requirements in the medical/scientific equipment sector.
Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to effectively train and motivate distributor sales teams.
Language: Business fluency in both written and spoken English and Korean.
