Must Have:
Localization and dubbing operations experience
Strong project management and title management skills
Experience coordinating with global vendors and managing timelines
Proficiency with spreadsheet and tracking tools (Google Sheets, Excel, Smartsheet, Airtable)
Experience with content management systems or Salesforce-like platforms
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Manage assigned streaming titles from order creation through delivery, ensuring dubbing assets, timelines, and deliverables stay on track.
Coordinate daily with global localization vendors to track progress, address questions, resolve issues, and monitor “on-time” and “right-first-time” performance.
Review and manage delivery timelines for 5–10 titles concurrently, escalating delays or risks when needed.
Track and update all metadata, asset statuses, and project documentation across internal systems and spreadsheets.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams including Planning, Programming, Mastering, Servicing, Artwork, Metadata, and other Distribution Operations groups.
Troubleshoot rejections and fixes, partnering with vendors to manage redelivery and root-cause resolution.
Utilize internal tools built on Salesforce and other proprietary systems to manage title workflows and localization orders.
Support the team during a high-volume period by taking over titles from a team member on leave and absorbing incoming new titles.
Ensure Assignment of Rights and other documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Collaborate closely with dub studios and vendors across numerous global territories and languages, using strong communication and diplomacy.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps and recommending workflow efficiencies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Media, Communications, Localization, or related field.
2+ years of experience in dubbing, localization, media operations, or title management.
Strong understanding of localization workflows, dubbing production stages, vendor processes, and asset delivery cycles.
Experience working with spreadsheets, project management tools, and content management systems.
Ability to manage overlapping timelines, complex schedules, and multiple titles simultaneously.
Strong communication, diplomacy, and cross-team collaboration skills, especially when working with global partners.
Familiarity with foreign languages or multilingual environments is a plus.
