About the Role
• Lead and deliver agency-related promotion and launch plans
• Own end-to-end agency event management
• Develop and execute sales promotion, contest, events, build relationships with agents/intermediaries to meet and exceed sales targets
Responsibilities:
Run the agents/intermediaries related promotion launch plan of new products, agency campaigns, district contests, agency related event management, agency communications, management of agency Clubs and Awards
Provide initiatives of agency communication to increase the awareness of agency and improve productivities.
Compile sales analysis report to facilitate business review of agency related marketing campaigns/ events/ program/ communications and improve sales production and user experience
Serve and maintain good relationship with agency channel with the aim to drive them to achieve target
Liaise with internal stakeholders on the review, compliance and clearance procedures
Develop and review marketing materials (member briefing, health seminar, sales presentation, newsletter, etc.) for agency channel’s use
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, to align communications efforts with business objectives and support product launches, events, and initiatives
Handle enquiries and administration of agency channel
Assist Team Head on ad hoc assignments/projects
Requirements:
University / college graduate with 5-8 years’ relevant working experiences
Sales Promotion/ Agency Promotion related experience is preferred.
Analytical skills with good MS Excel knowledge
Good presentation, communication and problem-solving skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Enjoy working with people of diverse backgrounds
Familiar with computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
Ensure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements
Others:
You are required to obtain the license of Insurance Authority (IA) (Paper 1,2 and 3) and Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) (Paper 4)
