Distribution Manager Filtration (m/f/d)

Location: Langenlonsheim, NRW, Germany (Remote after the probation period possible)

About the Opportunity
EvolveTalent® is partnering with a leading international manufacturing organisation to recruit a Distribution Manager APAC (m/f/d), focussed on in the industrial filtration portfolio of the company.

Our client is a global leader in industrial automation and filtration solutions, serving customers across the food & beverage, pharmaceutical, life sciences, and industrial sectors. Their products play a critical role in ensuring the purity, safety, and quality of liquids used in applications ranging from beverages and food production to pharmaceutical manufacturing.

As part of their continued growth strategy, they are seeking a commercially minded Distribution Manager to support and expand their distributor network across the APAC region.

The Role

This position will be responsible for managing, developing, and growing a network of distribution partners across the Asia-Pacific region. Acting as the key link between internal technical teams and external partners, you will help distributors successfully position and sell filtration solutions while identifying new business opportunities and strengthening market presence.

The role is based in Germany, with close collaboration with technical and product teams located at the company's European manufacturing and competence centre in Langenlonsheim (NRW).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop an existing network of distributors across the APAC region.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new distribution partners in line with growth objectives.
  • Build long-term relationships with distributors and support their commercial success.
  • Deliver product, application, and sales training to distribution partners.
  • Act as the primary interface between distributors and internal stakeholders, including Product Management, Application Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service.
  • Support distributors in identifying opportunities and developing customer accounts.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities within the region.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across international teams to ensure a high level of customer and partner support.
  • Participate in distributor meetings, customer visits, and industry events as required.
Your Profile
  • Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Beverage Technology, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Initial professional experience in international sales, channel sales, distributor management, partner management, or business development.
  • Experience within filtration, food & beverage processing, pharmaceuticals, industrial manufacturing, process industries, or related technical sectors is highly desirable.
  • Strong commercial mindset combined with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Structured, organised, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders across different regions.
  • Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally on an occasional basis.
Language Requirements
  • Fluent English is required.
  • German is advantageous but not a must.
  • Additional languages are considered a plus.
