Distribution Manager (Insurance)

Up to £65,000pa (DOE) + Car Allowance

Primarily remote – with regular visits to our Halifax office

The Team -

👉 Our Personal Lines Distribution team is responsible for developing business, turning opportunities into reality and maintaining relationships with brokers and intermediary partners across a range of Personal Lines products. Working collaboratively across the business, the team identifies and drives business plan goals to deliver growth and provides great outcomes.

What you can expect in this role

  • You'll be responsible for developing and managing broker and intermediary business plans
  • You'll identify, and drive delivery of, new opportunities to support the growth of our Personal Lines business, presenting business cases for approval.
  • You'll work closely with our brokers and colleagues across the business to deliver partnership and growth plans.
  • You'll provide valuable market insight and help shape future opportunities.
  • You'll represent Covéa within the market and help build our brand and reputation.

What you might bring

  • Experience in insurance sales, business development, distribution, account management or broker relationship management.
  • Experience developing and maintaining successful business plans with brokers, intermediaries or strategic business partners.
  • Knowledge of the insurance market, whether gained within Personal Lines, Commercial Lines or intermediary businesses.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities that support profitable growth.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders and working across different areas of a business to achieve shared goals.
  • Communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility internally and externally.
  • A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative mindset and a focus on delivering positive outcomes for customers, partners and colleagues.
