Primary Responsibility :
1. Dealer & Distributor Network Management
•
Manage and expand network of
1,00,000+ dealers and 2,000 distributors
across India
•
Ensure active engagement and regular billing from dealers
•
Identify inactive dealers and drive reactivation plans
•
Strengthen distributor performance and accountability
2. Dealer Productivity & Revenue Growth
•
Increase
per dealer billing (PDB)
and monthly active dealers
•
Drive repeat orders and improve secondary sales
•
Monitor dealer-wise performance and create action plans
•
Implement structured targets for distributors and dealers
3. Scheme Planning & Execution
•
Design and execute
dealer incentive schemes, trade offers, and promotions
•
Track ROI of schemes and ensure profitability
•
Launch seasonal and performance-based schemes
•
Ensure proper communication and adoption of schemes in the market
4. Dealer Tours & Market Visits
•
Plan and execute
dealer tours, meets, and engagement programs
•
Conduct regular
market visits with distributors and sales team
•
Build strong relationships with key dealers
•
Gather market intelligence (competition, pricing, demand trends)
5. Distribution Expansion
•
Identify new markets and appoint new distributors/dealers
•
Ensure strong presence in high-potential territories
•
Drive rural and semi-urban penetration
6. Operations & Coordination
•
Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and billing teams
•
Ensure timely order processing and dispatch
•
Resolve dealer/distributor complaints quickly
7. Data & Performance Tracking
•
Track KPIs like:

Active dealers %
o
Dealer productivity (billing per dealer)

Distributor performance

Scheme effectiveness

Use CRM/ERP tools for reporting and decision-making
