Shift

2nd Shift / 3pm to 11:30pm / Sunday to Thursday - Additional days or overtime as required to complete the daily demands

About the Role:

As a core member of our distributionteam, you will be expected to:

• Perform all functions in the distribution warehouse(s) including; loading, checking, lift/jack movement, housekeeping, inventory checks, and QC related procedures.
• Work as a team in a fast paced environment to meet departmental minimum requirements for units per hour and accuracy.
• Work in our frozen warehouse with your primary duty being a Certified Lift Operator (CLO).

• Capable of working as a team in a fast paced environment to meet departmental minimum requirements for units per hour and accuracy

• Flexibility to work daily overtime as needed

Essential Duties:

• Ablity to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly
• Ability to work in an extreme cold environment reaching temperatures below -20oF
• Capable of pushing/pulling up to 2000 lbs. for an extended amount of time (on carts, dollies, pallets) within temperatures of -20oF
• Must be able to stand and walk for upwards of 12 miles per shift while maintaining footing on icy/slippery floors
• Ability to use proper lifting/bending techniques from ground level to over the head at times
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Successfully complete OSHA certification for powered industrial vehicles
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Primary duty as a Certified Lift Operator (CLO)

Pay

Base Pay Rate: $22.64 / hour - $24.99 / hour

Freezer Premium: $1.25 / hour

Shift Differential: $0.50 / hour

Certified Lift Operator Premium: $1.00 / hour

Heavy Equipment Operator Preimium: $0.50 / hour
