Title: Distribution Facilitator Reports To: Distribution Warehouse Manager

Shift

Schedule 2: Thursday through Saturday, every other Wednesday

Wednesday & Thursday: 7:00am – 7:00pm

Friday & Saturday: 6:00am – 6:00pm

About the Role:

As a Distribution Facilitator, you will oversee daily execution of order selection and replenishment in the frozen warehouse and will be expected to:

• Lead and monitor order selection, replenishment and shipping and receiving activities, ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy and on-time outbound and inbound flow
• Ensure all work assignments, processes, and priorities established by the Distribution Manager are executed as planned
• Monitor work flow throughout the shift to ensure consistent progress and on-time order completion
• Ensure all team members take scheduled breaks and warm-up periods on time and in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement
• Provide clear on-floor direction and reinforcement of expectations
• Communicate staffing, execution, or attendance issues to Distribution Manager
• Manage the receiving, storage, maintenance and shipping of Perry’s freezer assets in coordination with the Customer Service Team
• Reinforce safe work practices in the Distribution Warehouse
• Ensure compliance with SQF and HACCP requirements related to the Distribution Warehouse

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years working in warehouse or distribution operations, preferably in frozen or temperature-controlled environments
• Working knowledge of order selection, replenishment and shipping/receiving processes
• Ability to lead effectively within a union environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Commitment to living Perry’s “values” required

Pay:

Base Pay Rate: $28.50 / hour
