Key Jobs to Be Done

• Plan and manage daily transportation operations, including truck and container arrangements, order creation, and execution to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Coordinate closely with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs), including transporters, forwarders, and hauliers, to ensure smooth communication and effective operational execution.
• Manage transportation documentation and operational records, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and real-time visibility of truck planning status.
• Monitor and manage LSP performance against agreed operational KPIs, service levels, and productivity targets, and address operational issues in a timely manner.
• Execute truck planning and transportation activities, including delivery arrangements, overflow stock movements, return RPM, and related invoice verification.
• Support customs documentation and ad-hoc operational requirements to ensure business continuity and compliance.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to support performance monitoring and management decision-making.
• Support monthly and annual LSP audits, ensuring compliance with operational, safety, and company requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using TPM methodology to enhance operational efficiency, reliability, and process robustness.
• Maintain workplace safety, cleanliness, and organization in accordance with 5S standards.
• Provide operational support during shift operations, when required in the future.
