Allied Plastics is searching for a high-energy, detail-loving, problem-solving Distribution Coordinator to join our fast-paced Thermoforming Manufacturing Distribution Center in Wilmot, WI. As our next Distribution Coordinator, you’ll be the master of logistics, communication, and coordination. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in logistics, office administration, and distribution who can juggle priorities without dropping the ball—or the shipment. Our Distribution Coordinator will work closely with drivers, warehouse teams, and customers to ensure smooth daily operations. If you’ve ever considered yourself part organizer, part detective, and part air traffic controller, this Distribution Coordinator position was basically made for you.
This first shift Distribution Coordinator schedule runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM—because weekends are better when you’re not chasing freight schedules.

Essential duties and responsibilities of Distribution Coordinator
- Coordinate dock appointments with inbound and outbound carriers
- Maintain email correspondence via Microsoft Outlook
- Contact brokers/freight companies for inbound and outbound shipments
- Create packing slips and Bill of Ladings for shipments to customers and vendors
- Match packing slips with purchase order paperwork
- Accurately receives product against purchase order paperwork into Epicor system
- Create and apply receiving product labels for materials received in to system
- Allocate product/inventory to proper departments
- Daily use of Epicor ERP software.
- Communicate with suppliers and partner freight brokers
- Communicate with internal departments concerning inbound parts and samples
- Conduct physical inventory counts when necessary
- Safely operate a forklift to assist in moving, loading, and unloading trucks as needed
- Keep and maintain safe and organized work area
- Other related tasks as needed

Essential qualifications of Distribution Coordinator
- 5+ years in distribution, shipping, or logistics role
- 2+ years within an office coordinator position – preferred
- Experience using MS Office, ERP systems, and Customer Portals
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Positive and growth-oriented mindset
