Job Description

A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As a Distribution Coordinator, you will support service depot operations by managing the flow of customer Return Material Authorization units, spare parts, tools, and equipment within the depot. In this role, you will report to the Senior Service Manager

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Oversee and responsible for the physical & administrative tasks involved in service depot stockroom activities. This includes receiving, storing, picking, issuing, packing, and shipping arrangement
  • Organize and store parts in designated locations using FIFO methods
  • Do receiving for customer Return Material Authorization units (RMA) and release repair job
  • Ensure timely distribution of materials to support repair needs
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems; reconcile discrepancies and support cycle counts.
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety, cleanliness, and security in Stockroom

Skills You Bring:

  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Stockroom or distribution coordination
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle)
  • Experience with PC based applications to include Microsoft Office package and email
  • Good communications skills

Preferred Skills: (Optional)

  • Experience in a technical service depot
  • Understanding of service workflows and technician support needs
  • Supervisory skill
