Are you a logistics pro with leadership experience?
We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Distribution Center Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations. This role ensures accurate inventory control, safe material handling, and efficient order fulfillment while driving productivity, compliance, and continuous improvement across the distribution center.
Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to:
Manage daily operations including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatch
Supervise loading/unloading and scheduling of carriers (truckload, LTL, containers, small packages)
Expedite orders and coordinate inbound freight to avoid production interruptions and ensure customer satisfaction
Interface closely with Sales Order Processing, material planners, and inventory teams
Ensure physical inventory accuracy and proper location/bin management
Conduct cycle counts and supports monthly inventory reporting
Perform audits on inbound/outbound shipments and ensure correct PO matching (3-way match)
Monitor inventory levels, including identification and removal of over-age/obsolete materials
Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and productivity rates
Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse practices, adhering to company standards (including 5S)
Support and implement QMS procedures and continuous improvement initiatives
Troubleshoot operational issues including scheduling, batch assignments, and staffing gaps
Furthermore, we expect that you have:
Diploma or equivalent may be considered. Bachelor’s degree will be a plus
Warehouse / Supply Chain certification preferred
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain processes
Leadership and team management capabilities
Drives accountability, teamwork, and discipline
Effective communication and coordination
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Safety awareness and compliance mindset
Problem-solving and decision-making capability
Analytical thinking and reporting capability
Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse/data systems

This role will be based in Dammam (Saudi Arabia) and will report into the Warehouse Manager.
