The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations across pick, pack, and replenishment functions, with a primary focus on achieving and sustaining high service levels. This role ensures customer orders are fulfilled accurately, completely, and on time by driving team performance, maintaining process discipline, and proactively removing operational barriers.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment and prioritizes service excellence, productivity, and continuous improvement.
Shift: Monday - Friday starting at 5:30 AM with additional flexibility for overtime, during peak seasons, and periodic weekends. Subject to change.
Key Responsibilities:
Safety & Quality Compliance
Enforce all safety standards and ensure a safe working environment.
Conduct regular safety audits and address hazards immediately.
Ensure quality standards are met to minimize errors, damages, and returns.
Service Level Execution (Primary Focus)
Own and drive daily service level performance, ensuring all outbound orders meet on-time, in-full (OTIF) requirements.
Monitor order flow, backlog, and cut-off times to proactively adjust labor and priorities.
Escalate and resolve service risks in real time, coordinating with upstream/downstream teams (inventory, inbound, transportation).
Ensure adherence to customer-specific requirements, including SLAs, special handling, and shipping timelines.
Lead shift huddles focused on daily service targets, progress, and recovery plans.
Performance Management & Metrics
Track and analyze key performance indicators, including:
Service Level / OTIF
Pick & Pack Productivity
Order Accuracy
Replenishment Timeliness
Backlog and Throughput
Use data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Drive corrective actions to close performance gaps quickly.

Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience working in a distribution, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or high-volume operations environment.
3+ years of leadership experience in distribution center or warehouse operations.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading teams in a fast-paced operational environment
Ability to interpret performance metrics and use data to drive decisions and accountability
Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of safety practices and operational process discipline
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime, based on business needs
Proficiency with basic computer systems and operational reporting tools such as Warehouse Management System and MS Office
Experience with warehouse management systems and labor planning
Experience leading in receiving, inventory control, or high-volume throughput environments
Bilingual communication skills.
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain, business, or related field
Education

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $85,068.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
