Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with warehouse operations team to ensure operational efficiency
  • Maintain operational records and documentation
  • Review the standard operations procedure from time to time to ensure it copes with the latest requirement and workflow
  • Work with third party vendors and constantly review vendor’s performance
  • Provide support in both internal and external audits
  • Prepare regular operational reports and KPI for management’s review
  • Conduct SOP trainings to internal staff
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by superior

Job Requirements

  • High Diploma in supply chain related area
  • One to two years’ experience in warehouse, logistics or distribution centre operations
  • Proven skill in problem analysis with logical thinking
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Proven skill in writing detailed reports in English
  • Demonstrate fluency in local language and English, both written and spoken
