Distribution Center Manager

MISSION

The overall purpose of the Site Manager is to run a safe, sustainable and profitable business in line with Franchise (Euromaster, TyrePlus, etc) vision and strategy towards set and established goals. The site manager develops the business, sales and employees through innovative thinking in line with the Franchiser's vision and strategy. The site manager has responsibility for personnel, quality, environment and work environment. The site manager runs the branch in accordance with the values, safety rules, leadership model (I CARE) and ethical guidelines.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

Customer management and business development

  • Is responsible for driving and developing sales in the workshop (additional sales).
  • Establish and maintain good relations with the workshop's local customers and our national customers' contact persons.
  • Implement, develop and maintain the Franchise concept according to the branch's set objectives.

People Management

  • Guarantee safety and health at work: ensure compliance with laws and regulations and identify and eliminate any risks at work
  • Lead according to our I CARE leadership model and ensure that site managers and staff work with and in accordance with it.
  • Has staff responsibility: recruitment, onboarding and development of staff, termination within the area of responsibility according to prescribed rules and procedures in dialog with the manager and HR.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion to create optimal environments and teams. (e.g. skills, gender, ethnicity, age, etc.).

Performance & results management

  • Plan, manage and allocate work : proactively plan and prioritize work for the year, quarter, week and day. Ensure that all staff members receive the information they need to perform their tasks.
  • Targets and budget contributing to the setting of targets, budgets and their monitoring - ensuring that the center achieves its targets and planned turnover and cost levels.
  • Administrative aspects administering time sheets, inventory, invoicing and other related administration and ensuring that correct information is received in a timely manner and, where appropriate, acted upon.
