Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Distribution Center Manager to oversee all aspects of our distribution center operations tailored to supplying our Business Partner chain of convenience stores. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate, and cost-effective receipt, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of our Business Partner products.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily distribution center activities, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control specifically for high-volume, fast-turnaround convenience store products.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse layout, workflow, and ensure efficiency and responsiveness to frequent store orders.
• Manage and motivate a team of warehouse associates.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with carriers, vendors and internal customers
• Generate reports and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a distribution center management role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating warehouse teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English and Romania (written and spoken)

Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools and warehouse management systems (WMS) a plus
